E-Commerce Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling sales for our Shopify-based brand, with a strong focus on performance marketing, conversion optimization, and data-driven growth. This role requires hands-on expertise in Shopify operations, paid advertising, and sales analytics, along with the ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize growth strategies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination are essential for driving revenue, improving customer experience, and building a sustainable direct-to-consumer business.
(Minimum 5 years hands-on experience managing and scaling Shopify stores)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize day-to-day Shopify store operations and sales performance

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels

Monitor and improve conversion rates through CRO, funnels, and landing page optimization

Track sales, ad spend, CAC, ROAS, and profitability to drive data-backed decisions

Manage pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns aligned with brand goals

Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams for launches and ongoing improvements
